Sales Assistant / Telephone Operator / Employee Service Point (m/f/d)

Your mission

• As the first point of contact, you will take care of the professional support of incoming inquiries via telephone, e-mail and live chat
• You receive incoming inquiries from our customers and business partners and forward them to the responsible persons if necessary.
• Furthermore, you take care of the internal organization of meetings as well as the hospitality and support of our visitors.
• In our CRM system you create the incoming inquiries and tickets and take care of the master data maintenance
• You support our sales team in sales-related topics and processes

Your profile

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship and bring first professional experiences in the according area 
• You are experienced in the handling the MS office package as well as ERP and CRM systems
• Furthermore you have very good german and english skills both written and spoken
• You possess a secure, friendly appearance, good communication skills as well as a strong service and customer orientation
