Apprenticeship Management Assistant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade (m/f/d)

Your mission

During your training period with us, you will go through the relevant departments and learn the basics and job-specific skills that will prepare you well for your everyday work.
 

• You will get to know the logistics chain from incoming goods to outgoing goods.
• In the course of your training, you will be responsible for independent and customer-specific advice and order processing
• Furthermore, you will support the optimization of warehousing and the flow of goods
• The timely purchase and sale of goods and merchandise falls within your training area
• In purchasing you determine sources of supply, select suppliers and conduct price negotiations
• You will also create and check documents such as delivery bills, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
• You support our sales staff in the support of major customers
• You process complaints

Duration of apprenticeship

• 3 years (with the possibility to shorten to 2,5 years)

Your profile

• You have completeted your secondary school level or ideally your general qualification for college / university entrance 
• You are interested in hard- and software and bring systematic thinking skills 
• You like to interact with people and are able to express yourself well  
• Your strengths include reliability and accuracy
• You have a good understanding for technical contexts and tasks and you enjoy working with numbers 
• You like working both in teams and independently 
• Your language skills in german and english are quite good :)
