New Business Development Manager (m/w/d)


Your mission

Your role involves ​working closely with the sales department in order to develop new or existing customers in the context of industrial digitalisation, ​e. g. in ​public transport, industry or farming.​ ​It will be your task ​to open ​up new market potentials ​for our future shaping solutions. This is why ​you are always ​looking for new, interesting projects, customers ​and partners, ​with ​whom the realisation of new use cases can be realized. You know what ​it ​needs to realize ​new projects and are supporting ​the stakeholders to be successfull. You explore ​further chances for the integration and scaling of our technologies. ​You serve as an inferface between your colleagues from ​Technical, ​Sales and Marketing Department and accompany the concept development and ​realization.
Your tasks will include:
  • Processing customer inquiries, including pre-qualification and evaluation of customer requirements and requests 
  • You will be involved in the preparation of the business plan for the product groups
  • Futhermore you will also be responsible for regular reporting and monitoring of sales activities as well as forecasting for your market
  • You create product information and presentations
  • You represent the company at trade fairs and congresses

Your profile

During your ​apprenticeship / technical or business ​degree / work experience you have aquired technical, salesspecific or consulting skills. More important ​than your achievements is your mindset.

...that "has ​his ear ​in ​the market / close to the customer"? ​
... that loves to creates solutions and ideas to solve the customers needs?
... ​that sees the big pictures and helps ​with hands on manner to put the solutions in place? 
Ideally you ​bring several years of experience in ​selling indutechnical solutuions in the industrial context. You bring strong communication skillls as well as persistance ​in following your goals. ​To network and establish new strategic contacts comes easy for you. You have a very good command of German and English. Furthermore, you are willing to travel (approx. 25%).
