We are currently expanding our team and are looking for the next possible date for  a

Service Point Employee / Sales Assistance (m/f/d)
temporary / part time

Your mission

  • As First Point of Contact you are fully responsible for the professional support and service of the incoming requests via telephone, e-Mail, live chat and forward them if necessary for further processing to the responsible contact persons inhouse  
  • Furthermore you take care for the internal organisation of meetings as well as the service and catering of our visitors
  • Also you will support our sales team  in the direct customer support 
  • In addition you will be responsible for the preparation of evaluations and statistics for the weekly sales meetings 

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship and bring first professional experiences in the according area 
  • You are experienced in the handling the MS office package as well as ERP and CRM systems
  • Furthermore you have very good german and english skills both written and spoken
  • Ideally you bring a basic understanding of technical contexts
  • You possess a secure, friendly appearance, good communication skills as well as a strong service and customer orientation
