Line Sensors
Many applications such as measurement of cloth widths, position monitoring of threads and wires or positioning of e.g. length edges can be solved in an cost-effective way by means of line sensors. This is why during the development of this new line sensor we have paid special attention to keeping operation as well as assembly as easy as possible. If dealing with the capture of length edges, object widths or thickness, these jobs can be usually described in such a way that the presence or absence of the object along a certain line of measurement is investigated.
